The organization was created initially as a platform for returning and returned citizens to give back to the community, thus its name. But we have grown to include a robust support and promotion of public safety and community empowerment. What drives our work and mission today is our strong belief in the “love thy neighbor” principle. If you understand that, you understand what our organization is all about.

Clovia, famously known as “Ms. Community” in the Central Virginia area brings to bear her years of community service in the Commonwealth of Virginia and her radio personality background. She is an award winning journalist and a professor of journalism at her alma mata, Virginia Union University
