Oludare Ogunde, President and Co-founder, is a father, author, poet, community leader, social activist, university graduate, counselor, peer-support specialist, and entrepreneur. He brings compassion and insight through his personal experience as a returning citizen. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, he currently resides in Richmond, Virginia.
Clovia Lawrence, Executive Director and Co-founder,  is a mother, community leader, award-winning radio announcer/personality, university graduate, and peer-support specialist. Affectionately know in the Central Virginia area as “Ms. Community” for her passion for matters affecting the community, she is a native of Richmond, Virginia.
